1. Take a steady pose and set your gaze on the tip of the nose
2. Change the gaze from the tip of the nose to the horizon line or to any distant point, lingering in each position for 2-3 seconds. Both the tip of the nose and the horizon must be achieving a clear focus.
3. Perform from 1 to 3 minutes.
4. Relax your eyes after the exercise.
Exercise enhances the eyes’ ability to focus accurately at various distances. Vision improving happens due to increased accommodation (the ability of the lens to change its curvature).
